MOQ : 15 tons (different spans, plate thicknesses, or coating colors can be mixed in one order to optimize container or bulk shipping).
OEM/ODM : Accepted. Customer drawings can be used for production. Sample plates and processing fees are borne by the buyer; sample lead time approx. 15–20 days.
Production equipment : CNC laser / plasma cutters, automatic submerged arc welding, and corrugated plate forming lines. Annual capacity >10,000 tons.

Packing : Steel frames are used to bundle loose plates, preventing deformation during transport.
Transport mode : 20 ft / 40 ft containers or break bulk in vessel holds.
Trade terms : EXW or FOB (named loading port).
Payment : T/T, 30–50% deposit, balance before shipment (L/C negotiable).

Project Support & Warranty
Production follow-up : Upon buyer's request, stage‑wise photos or video updates can be provided (e.g., inspection records of key processes). No mandatory chat group.
Technical contact : One process engineer is assigned from plate cutting to factory shipment, including part numbering, packing lists, and dispatch notices.
Warranty : Standard 12 months from date of shipment, covering early corrosion of galvanized/coated surfaces under normal environmental conditions. Extended warranty negotiable.

Supplied to Canada, Australia, Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines), Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait), Africa (Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ethiopia), and others. Typical uses: farm access roads, forest logging trails, temporary culverts in mining areas, and post-disaster emergency bridges.
