Tubular Roof Truss

Our tubular roof truss is made of 6061-T6 or 6082-T6 aluminum. We cut, process, weld, polish, and paint it. This truss is widely used for shows, festivals, backdrops, and hanging lights or speakers. You can build different sizes of truss systems based on your venue. You can also mix and match parts as needed. This product is very light. It is easy to set up and move. The maximum span can reach over 30 meters. Aluminum has good strength against pressure and rust.

Our tubular roof truss comes in square, triangle, and special shapes. For installation, we have pin-type and screw-type. The average load capacity is over 500 kg. This allows you to hang large speakers for concerts and music events. We control quality strictly. We use top materials with even thickness. The wall thickness is 1.2 mm. Our workers polish carefully so the surface is smooth with no burrs. The main steel part is Q235C with a 1.2 mm wall thickness (national standard is 1.0 mm). The finished product has a shiny metal look.

We have served big brands like Samsung, Coca-Cola, and CNOOC. Our quality checks include three inspections during production. After welding, we do non-destructive testing. Before shipment, we inspect every piece 100%. We accept third-party inspection. For export, we pack with foam or cardboard boxes. We support EXW and FOB. Payment is T/T with 30–50% deposit.
