Traditional color-coated steel sheets have several coating categories, with the highest grade being fluorocarbon coating, which offers almost 20 years of corrosion protection. They are generally distributed from steel mills in rolls to various regions. The color-coated steel sheets we commonly see refer to pre-processed sheets, approximately 50-100mm thick, consisting of a core filler and two layers of color-coated steel sheets. The thickness of the color-coated sheets varies, including 0.4mm, 0.5mm, and 0.6mm, and the core layer can be polyurethane, rock wool, or foam plastic, among other materials.
Color-coated steel sheets are widely used in the construction, home appliance, and transportation industries. In the construction industry, they are mainly used for roofs, walls, and doors of steel-structured factories, airports, warehouses, and cold storage facilities in industrial and commercial buildings. Their use is less common in residential buildings.
