During the railway station renovation process, the construction technology of steel structure canopies has moved from the "functional repair" stage to the "smart renovation" stage. Digital technology has restructured the entire construction process. The project team deeply integrated 3D laser scanning with BIM technology, collecting millimeter-level data on 12,000 irregularly shaped steel components and over 3,000 complex nodes of the canopy, constructing a 1:1 digital model. By comparing design data with measured data, processing errors can be accurately located, reducing on-site rectification rates by more than 60%. The "BIM + QR code" unified system enables full-process traceability of 23,000 materials.

In terms of intelligent construction and safety monitoring, the digital command center integrates AI visual recognition and IoT sensing technology, enabling real-time monitoring of high-altitude operation safety and equipment operation, and automatically issuing warnings for violations. By using BIM to simulate processes and optimize transportation routes, construction efficiency at each stage has increased by 40%. Green and innovative processes include adopting a "segmented insulation + rigid suspension" contact network renovation scheme, which has increased the efficiency of maintenance windows by 40%. To address the challenge of rust removal from steel structures, laser rust removal and water blasting techniques are employed, combined with an automated rust removal robot, increasing efficiency by three times. Composite metal roof panels ensure the roof achieves Class A waterproofing standards, while an integrated system of aluminum alloy snow barriers and fall arrestors not only prevents snow from sliding down but also provides safety for maintenance personnel.
