Our Large Metal Workshop comes from Suzhou Wanyu Steel Structure. We are a factory direct source. We started in 2010. Now we have run for 16 years. Our factory covers 24 acres. The production area is 10,000 square meters. We have over 100 workers. Among them are 2 first-class builders and 8 second-class builders. This Large Metal Workshop has a large span. The horizontal span ranges from 15 to 40 meters. We build it fully to your needs. We check your building size. We also study your local wind and snow loads. Steel plates go through plasma and flame cutting first. Then we use a three-in-one machine for full penetration welding on H-beams. After welding, we do manual assembly at a 1:1 scale. We weld small parts again with CO2 shielding. Then we use steel shot blasting to remove rust. Our workers hand grind all splashes. Finally we spray paint. We do quality checks from raw material entry. We follow a three-inspection system during production. We do non-destructive testing after welding. Before shipping, we check 100% of finished products. Then we put into containers or send by bulk ship. We support EXW and FOB. Payment is T/T with 30–50% deposit and the rest before shipping.
