Regarding technological advancements, the Urban Development Design Group Co., Ltd. has obtained a patent titled "A Connection Structure for Outdoor Evacuation Steel Staircases in Near-Zero Energy Buildings." This patent enables the creation of thermal break bridges between evacuation steel staircases and the main structure of near-zero energy buildings, improving the thermal insulation performance of these buildings. Simultaneously, research focuses on the comfort, vibration control, and structural design of steel staircases, such as comfort analysis of steel column-free beam-type spiral staircases, research on the acceleration design response spectrum of steel staircases under human-induced excitation, structural design and analysis of cantilevered steel spiral staircases around a central column, and analytical analysis of internal forces in steel spiral staircases.
